COVID-19 PREVENTION POLICY
Due to advice and recommendations from the MoH (Ministry of Health), we are taking every possible precautions to prevent the spread of Covid-19.
As we are at Alert Level 2 the precautions we will be taking will include:
- Contact Tracing: In the event you opt to pick your purchase up (applicable to the Auckland region) we will require you to sign in so we are able to contact trace. In the event you wish for your purchase to be dropped off (applicable to the Auckland region), we will keep a record of your address for up to three months for the purpose of contact tracing, and should you wish we are able to provide the names and phone numbers of our delivery personnel for your own contact tracing purposes.
- Hygiene: In house we encourage everyone to follow basic hygiene practices and to not come in if they are feeling unwell. These include washing hands and using hand sanitiser regularly, coughing or sneezing into a tissue and disposing of it, etc.
- Contactless Delivery: For all deliveries we use courier pick ups, having the items prepared and labeled and ready for the couriers to pick up free of contact with personnel. After pick ups the couriers have their own contactless delivery policies they adhere to. In addition to contactless delivery via courier drivers we also attempt to make our drop offs and pick ups as contactless as possible. This includes, at the moment, not accepting physical cash payments and keeping payment contactless. In addition, we will ensure all payments are made prior to pick up and drpo off. When items are dropped off we can leave them in a secure location that you advise, or we can leave them on your doorstep and step back, allowing you to handle the item without physical contact with delivery personnel. When picking an item up, after signing in we will have the item ready for you to pick up prior so you can pick your purchase up without physical contact with our personnel.
